The Annual Meeting of the Members of the Oakhurst Homeowners Association was held on Tuesday January 13, 2026, at the community center located on 4818 Milwee, Houston Texas 77092. The meeting began at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the affairs of the Association and elect (3) members to the Board of Directors. The members that were elected are April Burciaga and Ewert Jones for one year term and Andjela Tomic for three years term.

Important homeowner reminders were Issued as follows:

• For all community water issues please contact the City of Houston Public Works Customer Service by calling phone number 311; Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 7:00PM.
• Water line drain cleanout - All owners have a designated water line drain cleanout at the front of each property. Homeowners are responsible for their own cleanout drain and piping from the drain location and throughout the unit. 
• Dryer vents - as a friendly reminder to please clean out your dryer vents, this will help reduce risk of fire and also helps with drying time.
• Register to the Homeowner Portal www.home.lonestarregional.com in order to:
  • Submit ARC applications
  • Pay your Dues
  • Check owner balance
  • Look at any open DRV notices
  • Submit work order request
  • Speak to Management

The Board aware that carport lights at building #1 are not working and the issue is getting addressed with the management company. Updated 01/06/2024
